Baralia and Roy were the other two administrators but Roy has mysteriously disappeared and has taken Baralia with her.

And if you guys want a roleplay area I'm all for it! I just figured you guys didn't ^^;;;

no... even though you can do that, but anyway, this is what i do: I go and post some... luring, you could say, title to a journal, then put the link in the journal and tell all the good things about the site.
For quizzes, you make a quiz about a topic sort of related to your site... like anime. Then they go through, take the quiz, then on the answer page, put the link and say something like, "GO THEre!" or "Check it out!" and maybe people will click it. Or tell people if they want a really cool site about anime or something, then to message you (though i don't know how good that will work)
I posted the link to my site in a quiz, and i got over 50 people in four days

i can try... but you need to make something that this site is overall based on. Like my site is pretty much completely based on Role Playing, its got a huge role play world, and me and another admin are currently working on another.
I will still try to help this site to when i get the chance ^^;
